Our cakesI am willing to make any type of cake that you would like. My most popular cakes are my chocolate, madiera sponge and pound cakes. Most of my cakes are covered in buttercream icing and then covered and decorated with fondant. I also make a lovely ganache that tastes great on most cakes! Again, if you have a favorite type of cake that you would like, just ask! If ordering a sculpted cake, the cake must be a stable enough cake to support carving, which I can tell you at the time of ordering.Price guideBelow is a price guideline for my cakes. Please note that these are not exact prices and that every cake price is individually priced depending on the size and complexity of the design. Remember that all my cakes are homemade by myself, and personalized to your individual requests! 8 inch round cake filled with jam and buttercream , covered and decorated in sugarpaste with simple decoration starting at £20 9 inch round same as above starting at £25 2 tier (8 and 6 inch) simple decoration birthday/special occasion cake starting around £50 3 tier simple decoration birthday/special occasion cake starting around £65 **Square cakes provide more servings per cake, but do cost more than a round cake. Shaped and character cakes starting between £40 and £60 pounds depending on size. Wedding cakes starting at £150 for sponge and £200 for fruit, and increasing dependant on number of tiers and complexity of decoration. I don’t currently have cake stands to rent, however I can help arrange rentals from outside sources, but note that you would be responsible for paying the rental costs. I also make some lovely chocolate & cake truffles which you can add as an “extra” to your order starting at £5. TASTINGS I am willing to do cake tastings for weddings at the cost of £5 per cake flavour (may try multiple fillings) for no more than 6 people per £5. Tastings for any other cakes must be for a confirmed order with deposit already paid. |
